Property Works Mallorca, headed by Surveyor Alastair Kinloch MRICS, is a multi-disciplinary RICS surveying firm, based in Mallorca (Majorca), Spain offering surveys, valuations, project management, and support services throughout the islands.  

We believe unlike other providers, we are the only RICS residential surveyors in the Balearics with full professional indemnity insurance, therefore fulfilling RICS standards, requirements and regulations. Property Works is part of the RICS valuer registration scheme and is regulated by RICS.
